Entre el 23 y el 27 de abril tuvo lugar la English Week 2012 en el Camping Bon Repós en Santa Susanna. Alumnos desde 5º de Primaria hasta 3º de ESO disfrutaron de una semana diferente, aprendiendo inglés con monitores irlandeses a la vez que disfrutaban del contacto con la naturaleza y las divertidas actividades que prepararon para ellos. Varios alumnos de distintas clases comparten sus impresiones sobre esta inolvidable semana:

“The English week was fantastic. It started the 23rd April and it finish the 27th. We went to ride a donkey, to the adventure, to the orienteering, to the beach and to the swimming pool. The water was very cold. At night we went to the disco. The monitors sere very funny and friendly. It was a very fantastic week” (Carlos R, Marc F, Marina M, María F, 6th Primary)

We arrived to Santa Susanna at twelve o’clock. I undo my suitcase. After we had lunch at one o’clock. At eight o’clock we had dinner every day. On Tuestay we had breakfast at nine o’clock. We started the classes at ten and finished them at one o’clock. Then we went to have lunch. At three o’clock we started again the classes. In the afternoon we went to ride horses. We finished at ten to seven. In this moment, we had free time. I went to play tennis with Albert to half past seven. At eight we went to have dinner. At ten o’clock the disco started. I went to bed at one. On Wednesday the same things happened but we went to the beach. On Thursday the same things but we went to make a sketch and we met people from Vitoria. On Friday we say goodbye to people of Vitoria and the monitors.”

Last week we went to the English week in Santa Susanna (Barcelona). The first day, we got on the bus and then we arrived. It was a bit boring. The other days were fantastic, we went horseriding, shooting rifle, archery but we couldn’t do kayaking because of the weather. We went breakfast, lunch and dinner to a big dining room with long tables. At night, we were going dancing at the disco with a DJ. We saw the FCB and R. Madrid matches too, but they didn’t go well.

Last week I was in the English week. It was in Santa Susanna. This was my second time I was. I enjoyed very much, I met a lot of people, I spoke in English… but the best was the monitors and the disco. I love dancing and the monitors taught us to dance a lot of their choreographies. The last day was very sad… All the people were crying. I don’t like this day. This week was great and I want to come back!

Everything started on 23rd April when we went to the Santa Susanna camping Bon Repos. We were going by bus, it stopped to relax and have a drink. We arrived at the camping and met the monitors, they were very friendly. After we installed in the bungalows with our friends. It was very comfortable and very big. The bungalow opened with a key and the key was a card. The food was terrible, but there was a supermarket where you could buy good food. At the disco, we met a lot of people and Vitoria people were fantastic. They talked euskera. The activities in English were very fun, for example: we did a theatre, a false wedding, dancing, ride horses, orienteering at the forest, we went to the swimming pool. The last day we cried because we didn’t want to go home. Now we have many friends on the Tuenti. We hope we can go to the English week next year because it was very funny.

The last week I went with my school to the English week in Santa Susana, Catalonia. The first day we didn’t go anywhere but in the second day in the afternoon we went to horseriding. The third day, also in the afternoon, we went to the “adventure”, we did wall climbing and went along the zip line. On the fourth day, we went to the swimming pool in the afternoon too. We went this day because it was the best day ant the hotttest day in the week but the water was so cold. Finally in the fifth day, the last, we had free time and we came back to Vinarpos, we arrived at nine o’clock.

Algunos alumnos de 4º de ESO participaron en el  “II CONCURSO DE INVESTIGACIÓN ROSA MOLAS” que convocó por  la asociación ICIJA – Rosa Molas del Colegio de Zaragoza con el objetivo de promover entre los jóvenes el interés por la investigación en cualquiera de sus campos. Nuestros alumnos fueron en calidad de invitados y pasaron dos jornadas muy agradables.

Pau Guimerá, de 4º de ESO, nos lo cuenta:

“En el concurso de Zaragoza, fuimos tres grupos. Explicamos todo lo que sabíamos sobre el tema que exponíamos. El primer grupo, formado por Jesús Calvo y Ainoa Pereila, trató sobre los alimentos transgénicos. El segundo grupo trató el calentamiento global, y lo formaban Jesús Simó y Pau Ricart. El tercer grupo, formado por Xavier Beltrán, Jordi Moliner, Taty Adell y Pau Guimerá, trabajamos el PH, que es el potencial de hidrógeno que contiene sustancias distintas, y al mezclar ácidos con básicos cambia inmediatamente de color.”

Hace unos días, estos alumnos realizaron una exposición de sus trabajos en nuestro Colegio, y todos los niños y niñas pasaron a verlos.

Los alumnos de todo el colegio han preparado trabajos que expusieron el pasado 30 de marzo durante la Jornada de Puertas Abiertas. Este año el tema elegido fue “el cómic”, y cada clase lo trabajó desde diferentes áreas.

Desde el área de Inglés, el grupo de 3º de ESO trabajó sus propios cómics utilizando la herramienta Pixton para hacer cómics online. Aquí podéis ver los cómics elaborados. ¡Esperamos que os gusten!

El pasado viernes 30 de marzo el colegio abrió sus puertas para todas las familias y amigos que quisieran visitar nuestras instalaciones. Los alumnos y alumnas prepararon con mucha ilusión las semanas anteriores infinidad de trabajos relacionados con “El Cómic” desde las diferentes áreas. Desde Infantil hasta 4º de la ESO todos colaboraron para crear un ambiente divertido y acogedor que mostraba diferentes aspectos del mundo del cómic.

El pasado jueves 29 de marzo los alumnos de Infantil y Primaria de nuestro colegio vivieron el Via Crucis. Así nos lo cuentan Carla Balaguer y Lidia Solé, de 6º de Primaria.

Muntant les escales d’aquell edifici, em vaig donar compte de que els meus sentiments havien canviat en referent a l’altre any. L’altra volta tots estavem molt nerviosos, no sabíem res ni coneixíem als xiquets. Però com aquest any, fins i tot tenia ganes de tornar a veure’ls. Els somriures nerviosos s’havien transformat en rialles contagioses. A l’entrada ens va rebre la directora del centre. Somrient, ens va comunicar lo agraïda que estava per la nostra visita, i seguidament ens va informar sobre els diversos tallers en els que podíem participar: reanimació bassal, jocs digitals, manualitats, cuina, jardineria i jocs esportius.

Nosaltres vam anar al taller de cuina. Allí ens vam presentar i vam conèixer a molts xiquets i xiquetes que l’any passat no havíem conegut. No podíem parar de riure, la veritat és que tots aquells xiquets eren una font d’alegria.

Una vegada exprimides les taronges i pelades unes quantes tones de fabes ens sentíem com en una cuina professional:

- Més ràpid, que no arrivem!

- Va, va, que encara queden dos gerres!

Per fi va sonar la campana i ens van servir un biscuit boníssim i un got de suc de taronja, fruit del nostre esforç.

Al pati vam ser testimonis de moltes històries sorprenents que ens van contar. La veritat és que el dolç sabor de boca que ens queda després de la visita no es devia a l’exquisit suc de taronja, no, sinó que va ser per la satisfacció de fer somriure a aquests xiquets, com la Jessica o la Sara, que et fan veure la vida des d’un altre punt de vista.

El día 2 de abril los alumnos de 1º de ESO nos fuimos en autobús hacia el colegio “Baix Maestrat”. Al bajar del autobús vimos que los niños nos esperaban con mucha ilusión y nos miraban desde las ventanas de su colegio.

La directora nos recibió muy amablemente, explicándonos qué actividades realizaríamos en todo el día. Nos dividieron en grupos de cinco.

Un grupo realizó el taller de jardinería en un invernadero que había y plantaron plantas. Otro grupo realizó el taller infantil y estuvieron con niños de Infantil y Primaria, realizando un conejito que se pegarán en las chaquetas del chándal. Otro grupo realizó el taller de cocina e hicieron “cocs” que luego nos comimos para almorzar. Otro grupo realizó el taller de manualidades, donde realizaron un punto de libros con las tapas de las cápsulas de café Nespresso. Otro realizó el taller de Educación Física y jugaron a juegos populares. Otro grupo fue el taller de Baralt, donde estaban los niños con parálisis. Fue una experiencia dura aunque muy divertida.

Hace unos días, los alumnos de 2º de ESO hicieron los bailes de “hip-hop” que estuvieron preparando durante las semanas previas en Educación Física (Expresión Corporal). Todos los grupos se esforzaron mucho y quedaron unos bailes muy originales y con un buen nivel a pesar de que nadie practica “hip hop”. Fue muy divertido y disfrutamos mucho.
